Warranty Information

Below is some information regarding our warranty policy. We require RMA requests be sent to us by the company you originally purchased the product with, but you can fill out our form below so we can assist you through the process.

1-Year Limited Warranty

We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. This limited warranty applies to Orion Fans purchased directly from any authorized reseller.

Knight Electronics, Inc. warrants that Orion Fan’s product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for one (1) year from the date of purchase from an authorized reseller (the “Warranty Period”).

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
  • Free repairs or replacement (at our discretion) of the defective part or product.
This warranty does not cover:
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, or alteration.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
  • Damage caused by improper installation or unauthorized repairs.
  • Any damages arising from lack of maintenance, negligence, or improper storage.
  • Shipping damage

Claim Process

To make a claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact the reseller you purchased the product from with proof of purchase.
  2. Provide a description of the defect and, if possible, include photographs.
